What I do for you

What I do for climate and impact companies

Research

Desk-based research we scope together: markets, competitors, regulations and trends, from public and official data first, with every claim checked and sourced.

For example: where carbon and nature markets are heading, and who else is working in them.

Consulting

Positioning that explains a technical product in plain words to the buyers who pay for it, pricing, investor presentations, and extra marketing capacity alongside your team.

Building

Dashboards, data tools and AI agents built around the data you already have. I build with environmental data myself, in FloodWatch UK.

Advising

A non-executive director or adviser for climate and nature companies, and independent due diligence for impact investors. A typical engagement is a day a month plus board meetings.

Why me

I've looked at this sector as an investor, an adviser and a founder, and I studied the science behind measuring what's happening on the land. I also have 25 years in startups to draw on for the commercial side: positioning, pricing, marketing and raising money.
