What I do · Building

Building: run more efficiently, with less admin

If there's work that eats hours and needs a person only some of the time, such as sorting enquiries, building quotes or pulling figures together for the Monday meeting, I can build software and AI agents around the way your business already works. That work then happens on its own, and your people step in only when it matters. If you have an IT team or developers, I can work with them, or directly with you.

Tools and AI agents

Quoting and proposal tools

Turn a customer's request into a priced, consistent quote or proposal, so it doesn't depend on who happens to be in the office.

Dashboards and reports

Built from the systems you already use, such as your accounts package, your CRM or your spreadsheets. One place to see the numbers that matter.

AI agents that watch and act

Agents that watch inboxes, sales pipelines and documents, then flag what needs a person or deal with what doesn't.

Automations

The small jobs that join your systems together: an enquiry becomes a record, a record becomes a follow-up, a follow-up becomes a reminder.

For example: an agent that reads every new enquiry, sorts it and drafts the reply; an alert the moment a contract or specification changes; or, if figures live in several spreadsheets, one dashboard that pulls them together.

Things I build for you

I build it, not just specify it

If what comes out of Consulting needs building and your team doesn't have the time or the tools, I can build it in the same piece of work, or work with your designers, developers or agency:

  • Pitch decks and board, bank and investor presentations
  • Websites and landing pages, including the free tools and guides that bring in enquiries
  • Case studies and tender answers

This site is one. It was written, designed and built with the same AI team. What else the team has built

Running it

Who runs it afterwards?

You don't need a development team: the tools are built to run without one. If you have IT people or developers, we can hand it over to them, or to whoever you'd like to own it. If you'd rather I kept the tools running and improved them, that's what ongoing monthly support is for.

Your data stays yours: I use tools that don't train on your data.

Why me

Why me for this

  • I trained as a software engineer. BEng (Hons) Software Engineering at the University of Manchester, then my first job as a full-stack .NET engineer.
  • I build my own products this way. FloodWatch UK, flood intelligence for UK businesses with many sites, is built with the same AI team. More about FloodWatch

What happens next

A 30-minute call, then a working demo, usually within a week, built from your public information, often a working version of the tool itself. How it works
